Pillar is the best! Both Ambers are awesome and so knowledgeable. The pelvic floor exercises are so helpful and really targeted my problem areas. I’ve had two babies and now after my 8 sessions I’m so much more aware of how my body/pelvic floor works and how to listen to my body and be in tune with it. Their goal is to actually find the root of the problem and then provide you with the tools/exercises to reach a solution, not just put a “bandaid” on it so you have to keep coming back.

10 stars!!! Dr. Karly has changed my life. I came to her feeling like a physical and emotional mess and she put me back together again one session at a time. She completely fixed my postpartum rib flare, ab separation, and significantly improved my pelvic floor. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about Pillar Physiotherapy. This treatment should be a staple in your postpartum journey.

Miss Karley is a top notch therapist. She listens to my concerns and helps develop a plan to address my issues. I was able to notice a significant improvement after the first visit which kept me excited to return to learn more about my problem and how to fix it for good. Highly recommend this for all women.

Investing in my pelvic floor health has proven to be one of the most transformative decisions I've ever made. Since I began focusing on strengthening this crucial area, I've experienced a remarkable change in my daily life. The ability to walk long distances while carrying my baby has alleviated much of my chronic back pain, which was once a constant source of discomfort. Additionally, I've noticed significant improvements in my sciatic pain, which would often disrupt my sleep and make it difficult to find a comfortable position at night. Now, I can enjoy a more restful sleep without the nagging discomfort. This overall improvement in my pelvic floor strength has not only enhanced my comfort level but has also increased my mobility, allowing me to be more active and engaged in my daily activities.
